Fashion Style :-

Fashion shows have been around for decades. It started in stores during lunch time or tea time. These days, hundreds of fashion shows are being produced each year. It is a venue to show off the best designs of a designer or a fashion house to the buyers, fashion industry and the general public. The most famous fashion shows are those done in the top fashion capitals by top fashion designers and labels. These shows are well attended by fashion patrons and fashion media alike. However, boutiques and clothing stores also produce small fashion shows that boast the latest in their offering. Unlike the more prestigious ones, this kind is mostly directed towards the general public or mainstream consumers.

Fashion Models

One of the important factors in a fashion show, aside from the designer and his creation, are the models of the runway. The models, or what used to be called professional mannequins, are those lucky ones that get to wear the clothes first and walk on a stage to show them off to the public. Fashion models play an important role in showing the public what the clothes, shoes and accessories will look like on a person. The models, both male and female have to project a certain look on stage depending on the line of clothing being promoted. Many of us believe in a saying that fashion whether Indian or western repeats itself. And this century seems to be witnessing this repetition. Though many things have changed in this 21st century, but the best of the past is also being utilized today. Indian fashion is one such evidence of the same.

Those past Indian styles which today’s mom enjoyed in her young days may be still hot in her daughter’s era. It feels good to see past Indian styles coming back in action.

Despite endless arguments on generation gap, it is observed that when it comes to fashion, this gap almost vanishes. Today when a mother and a daughter go out for shopping, they quarrel less on issues like what to wear. This is because this epoch has a strong influence of past Indian styles.

Famous past Indian styles like chudidars, bell-bottoms, trouser with short kurtas, salwar kameez etc were among some popular Indian styles years back. And today again they are back in demand. However, it is worth noticing that though the quality of the fabric has improved to a considerable extent and the variety of such garments is exclusive and extensive.
